Dear Friends,
Our Mind Body Program is based upon my own method of recovery, after
struggling with both anxiety and depersonalization in the past. I have personally
incorporated both Mind and Body approaches in our programs,
counseling sessions and all other informational material. The
combination of behavioral therapy and food therapy is the most
effective of all approaches...and it continues to work. This is
the true permanent cure for all phases of anxiety. It is my

Dear Dr. Freedman,
For as long as I can remember I had to take meds for anxiety. I don't
think it ever did anything because I still had panic attacks
when life became too stressful. I had no idea that I was
self-sabotaging by my own way of thinking. When you pointed it
out to me I was shocked. I was causing my own anxiety!!! I began
using your "retrain the brain" technique and was even more
startled to realize my negative behaviors. That stopped really
fast. I had a starting point. I knew where to begin and finally
what to DO! I was amazed at how quickly my wired mind and body
quieted down. It was like a was using my own personal
tranquilizer, without the side effects. I love the food therapy

hopeless. I learned the mind exercises right away and realized I
was healing every moment I stopped that nasty habit of worry I
was so good at. I had to write to tell you the food therapy
changed me from an irritable anxious person into someone who is
so LESS REACTIVE that my friends and family have noticed and
told me. This is the greatest. It's unreal how you can control
how you feel by deleting certain foods from your diet and adding

Dear Dr. Ronnie,
My panics are OVER. I haven't had one in over a month. The
mornings are getting better too. You cannot believe how many
times I catch myself doing the worry routine but it's different
now. I stop myself before it gets to me. I shift into catching
myself and retrain the brain immediately. I sometimes laugh to
myself at how good I'm getting at this (sense of humor does help
me!). I am lightening up and I see the light at the end of the
tunnel. The anxiety and depersonalization are not my only focus.
I have learned to recognize how to shrink them and get back into
life. I never thought I'd say it but I think I'm back. Thank you
again and again. You've shown me the way out.
