I'm right there with everyone. I was so hopeless only a month ago. I spent the weekend with the family, went out with them, had fun,  and it was like dp never happened. It feels good to be back.

To I Did It,
I am searching for a program which will help my (almost) 14-yr-old.  Would you recommend this program for a young person?  Thanks.

All of your stories are so encouraging, I'm so happy for you guys and I hope to one day be well again like you. It's both so uplifting and yet so depressing to see that there are other people out there who are suffering with this terrible thing like I am.
I wish you all the best.

It is sad that so many have had this but it is also encouraging to know you can recover. I love that it's not a big thing to get over it. It took me a little while to realize what my part was in this (using the information) but once I did I was shortly over it. This is a huge breakthrough for anyone who has been through the ringer with this.
