I'm off from school and can't sleep. I've been out with friends every night. I should be tired. I am but I can't sleep. I was up till 5 something last night. How can I get back into sleeping?

You've disrupted your normal sleep cycle rhythms and this often occurs around holidays. Stay up one full night and go to sleep at normal time the next night. This will straighten out a broken cycle. Don't try napping if you want to sleep at night. It will just make the adjustment more difficult.

Avoid caffeine, nicotine, and too much chocolate (caffeine and sugar) around this time. Use the Neutralizing Diet and within 24 hours you will have straightened out this problem. Listen to our Insomnia CD and you will literally wipe away all future sleep difficulties.
