Going Through Anxiety Symptoms Correctly

Do it differently today. Instead of hoping and praying anxiety does not find you, go out of your way to seek it and go through it correctly. More progress is made by going through it the right way than believing you succeeded by avoiding it. This is the only permanent way to lose the habit of fear, which is the trigger for all anxiety and victim status, once and for all. Go through it the proper way and come out on the other side of anxiety.
