Heart Stops?

Sometimes, when I am in bed and I may not be thinking about anything that I am aware of and my heart feels like an elevator that drops down in a split second.

Dear PinkRose,
I know this symptom is upsetting BUT it is due to an overstimulated heart, which is created by your own anxiety and fears. It is a very common symptom. I hear this over and over again, AND have also experienced it myself. Do not allow it to fool you. Moderate exercise actually wipes this symptom out. When you reconcile your emotional upsets by applying the proper principles, this symptom (along with all the others) settles down and disappears. Believe me, it will settle down with the proper approach!

Best wishes,
