Title: Mornings
Post by: Harvey on May 01, 2013, 04:25:44 PM
Morning unreality and disorientation is my worry. Sometimes night is better and then mornings it's like Groundhog Day, repeat performance. How do I get better mornings and get over this?

I eat a lot of fruits and veggies (healthy) but not sure if this is what your food plan is about. I guess not.

I'm ready now to be better. I've had this for 4 months non-stop. I don't go out that much, hardly work and play video games to keep me busy. I need more and hope you can help direct me.

Dear Harvey,

Try not to be too concerned over morning symptoms. The less you fuel them with fears and worry, the faster they will dissipate. This condition is not difficult to overcome nor does it require a long period of time, but it does require a strict approach that must be adhered to for permanent results.

Most begin with the program package and follow up with a short series of phone or Skype sessions with me. This enables a full and permanent recovery without the fear of setback.

The program includes a diet/nutrition program with full menu, with helps create a less reactive mind and body, enabling you to follow the new behavior skills which will eliminate these symptoms and return clarity to a foggy mind. The food plan is very specific and when followed correctly will bring forth relatively rapid changes in the way one feels.

You will know when you are ready to overcome this completely. Unfortunately many have gone down the incorrect path with treatment and become frustrated due to medications that only exacerbate symptoms. You are not ill. This is a learned behavior that requires a specific way of thinking, eating and by doing so will restore clarity and peace of mind.
